    I am getting a message the the email already in use after the lead has been deleted. Need help because I can't use the lead.

    Hello Don, leads are never really deleted from your platform - a trashed lead is kind of like a trashed email in the sense that it just hides in a trash folder out of sight. Same thing with your leads. Since the lead is still technically in your platform you can't reuse the email. Good news is we have a few options, listed below, or you can reach support at 855-246-2717 or support@cincpro.com.  

    1. Search by leads email - in the top of the lead dashboard there is a search magnifying glass. Click it and search for the leads email - the lead should pull up. You can use the quick action menu to restore the trashed lead or you can edit the trashed leads email info so you can use it again on a new lead. If search by email did not work, try by lead name.

    2. If step 1 did not help, filter using Lead Type>Trashed. The lead with that email that you deleted should be in that list. 

    3. If step 3 did not help, reach out to support at 855-246-2717 or support@cincpro.com.  

    4. Last ditch option - is it possible there is a lead assigned to another agent with that email? If so, you may not have access to that lead, but the lead email is in use.
