MOJO Dialer Integration Follow
About the Integration
Q: What Information is sent to MOJO?
A: Name, Phone Number (Cell, home and work phone) phone is sent regardless its its invalid or unsubscribed, Address and Notes
Q: How do I send leads from CINC to MOJO?
A: Click here to watch a short video on how to send leads to MOJO from CINC
Q: What happens if I update the phone number in MOJO?
A: If you update the phone number, email address and/or property address in MOJO that will flow back into CINC.
Q: How do I know a call was made using the MOJO Dialer?
A: Just like the CINC dialer, a call note will be placed on the lead notating the outcome of the call.
Q: What are the possible Call outcomes?
A: "Contact made", "Failed to dial", "Left Message", "Unable to dial", "Lead hungup", "Unable to contact", "Attempted contact"
Q: What happens if I push the same lead to MOJO twice? Will it create 2 leads?
A: CINC will check for duplication. So, if you pushed lead Emily Jones to MOJO already and pushed it again, a duplicate lead would not be created in MOJO. If there is a lead ALREADY in MOJO called Emily Jones, we have no way of knowing that they could be the same lead.
Q: Are notes continuously updated to MOJO? So, if I already pushed lead Bob Smith to MOJO and added 10 notes since. How do my new notes get to MOJO?
A: No, they are only sent over when you push a lead to MOJO. So, when you initially push a lead they are sent. If you add notes after the initial push, then you would re-push the lead and the notes would be sent. Again, the lead would not be duplicated.
-We are currently looking into a better option for this as we know that it can make your work flow a little cumbersome.
Q: Do notes added in MOJO flow over to CINC?
A: Yes! As of late April we added the ability for manually created notes in MOJO to be pulled into CINC.
