The Agent Launchpad is a page that suggest all the things that you need to accomplish today. It also provides you with an estimated GCI and some statistics on how well you are performing with your leads.
Your to dos are a combination of plan tasks and reminders that are due today. From here you can edit or complete your to dos. You can click the "See All" option to view more.
Task come plans you have active. From this page you can sort by oldest or newest and filter by due date. Also, you can click on multiple leads and mass complete them or load them into the CINC dialer if have that enabled.
The reminders page gives you the same actions as the task. You can filter, sort and load these into the dialer.
This page shows the leads you are actively working with, broken down by pipeline stage. The GCI is calculated using the median price from the leads page using a 3% commission.
The stats section allows you as an agent to see your activity on the site. I'll help break down some of these numbers so that you can a better understanding of where they come from and how they are calculated.
1. Number of New Leads: These are snapshot of leads based on the registration date of the lead. At the top you will see an average number of leads per week and then the graph below displays the number of leads you or your agent received each week.
2. Response Time: This is a weighted average of leads responded to during business hours within 4 hours of the registration time. We show your average numbers for this month and then the graph will show the last months trends with weekly averages.
3. Number of Calls, Notes, Emails: These pages will show your average calls per week at the top with a graph below showing your trends for the last 30 days.
4. Leads in Pipeline: These are live numbers of leads in your pipeline, based on registration date. So, with the example below, this shows leads that have registered in the last 30 days and are still in the Attempted Contact stage.
