When adding a new agent/user to your CINC platform, it is essential to consider the ways you'd like them to be able to use the site. Brokers level users can Edit Account Permissions from the Agent's tab.
This article will discuss the various Agent Permissions available and how they change that Users account.
Listing Agent - Gives an Agent the option to be a listing agent on your team. Once an agent has this permission enabled, you will be able to add him/her to the Listing Agent lead routing engine.
Team Leader - Allows an Agent to see all leads in the dashboard, regardless of the agent assigned. This elevated permission is ideal for a team admin or ISA.
Convert to Pond - This button will initiate the process of converting the CINC User Account into a Pond Account.
Assign from Pond - Gives User the ability to assign leads from a Pond Account to themselves. For more information on Pond Accounts, click here for a recorded webinar.
Auto-Assign Eligible - Allows the agent to eligible to be used in our auto-assigned feature if the feature is turned on in Lead Routing.
Auto-Drip Leads - Allows the DiSC personality drip campaigns to be turned off per agent.
Can Assign - Allows the agent to assign and reassign leads to another user.
Export Leads - Allows the agent to export leads out of the platform.
Feature Listings - Allows the agent to Feature Listings of their choice on their Agent Subdomain.
Reminder Notify - Allows the agent to be notified when a reminder is due.
Show Support Info - Gives the user access to the contact information of the Account Manager assigned to the account. This box, when not checked, will just provide the user the contact information for our CINC Support Team.
See Agent Notes - Allows the agent to see notes that were written by other agents on a lead's detail page.
View Lead Routing - Allows the agent to view lead routing engine settings.
Advanced Import - Allows the agent to import multiple leads into the platform using a CSV file.
AutoTracks - When enabled, this allows the User to access the AutoTracks feature.
Behavioral Messaging - When enabled, this allows the User to access and use Behavioral Communication tools.
Blogging - Allows the User to Blog.
Mailer Campaigns - Allows the User to access Corefact Mailer Campaigns. Click here for more information on Corefact.
Plans - Allows the agent to use the Plans feature to create and modify plans as well as be assigned in a Plan.
ProLinc - Allows the User to send referral leads to ProLinc.
Remarketing - Grants the User access to the Remarketing tool.
Video Messaging - Allows the User to record and send video emails and video text messages.
Edit Labels - Allows the agent to add, remove and change the name of labels in the Leads Dashboard.
Edit Notes - Allows the agent to modify any notes in a lead's detail page once it was saved.
Edit Source - Allows the agent to create/modify the source of a manually added lead in the Leads Dashboard page.
Edit Seller Suite - Gives the agent the ability to access and create/modify pages in the Seller Suite tool.
Edit Tasks - Allows the agent to delete and complete tasks/reminders that do not belong to them.
