Private Events - Calendar - NEW! Follow
Users can now create a private event within the calendar. Private events are intended to be used for an agent to block out time on their calendar for personal or non-lead related events so that lead appointments aren't scheduled when the agent isn't available. You can do this from the agenda, week, month or day views.
From the Month,Week, and Day views:
From the Agenda view:
After clicking the add event button you can add the details to the event. Adding the location will show the map of the address from the agenda view.
To make the event private, click the "set as private event" button. Once you have selected this and saved the event, the details to a private event can only be seen by the agent it is assigned to.
The event will display on the calendar in purple. The agent who created the private event will be able to see the title and will be able to edit.
Other agents will see the private event, but will display as "Private Event."
The event does not get pushed to Google. Google private events also have the same behaviors.
**Note** Agents can create private events for others. The assigned agent can edit and view the event. The creator can still edit the event. All other agents will see Private Event and cannot see the details.
