The CINC Communications tab includes an integrated Gmail Inbox, which allows you to access your Gmail directly from your CINC platform. The majority of our clients utilize Gmail for their business email correspondence, therefore simplifying the interactions between the two helps maximize time. With your Gmail Inbox Integrated, you're able to email your CINC Leads from your Gmail address and have those email messages tracked within the CINC system.
Please note that when you integrate with your Gmail inbox, no one but YOU will be able to see what is in your inbox. The only way for someone to see your Gmail inbox is if they log in to your CINC platform using your CINC email login and password. The 'Become Agent' feature will not allow other users to see your Gmail Inbox.
When you go to your Communications Tab for the first time, you'll see the message shown below. To get started with setting up your Gmail integration, select the "Enable Google Integration" button in blue.
You could also set up your Gmail Inbox Integration directly from the Integrations tab of your Agent Profile and Settings. Press "Enable Google Integration" button in blue to get started.
Google Integration Acknowledgement
After selecting "Enable Google Integration", you will need to read and accept the Google Integration Acknowledgement to use our integration with Gmail.
Once you accept, you'll be prompted to choose a Google account to sign in with.
Log Into Your Google Account
If you're in Google Chrome, the browser may prompt you to log in with your existing Google account. Please remember to use a business Gmail account, not a personal one.
Next, you will be prompted to Allow CINC the access to the items listed in the photo below.
Once you allow CINC the access, you will be instructed to close the window.
Once you close the window you'll be directed back to the Google Integration options within your Profile and Settings.
We will automatically Enable your Gmail and Google Calendar associated with your newly integrated Google Account to display within your CINC platform. You have the option to disable any of the Default options using the drop down menu.
Press Update to save any changes you make.
