Labels are an excellent multi-purpose tool to keep your Lead's Dashboard organized. They are perfect for highlighting lead situations at a glance and can be used to activate or de-activate AutoTracks, Drip Campaigns and Plans. When regularly incorporated in your workflow, labels also make it easy to quickly filter and segment your CINC database in order to target specific groups of leads or audiences.
The Label Manager allows for the CINC user to create, edit, group and delete labels for the entire site. Although all CINC Users have the ability to apply, remove and filter using Labels, only Broker Level Users have access to the Label Manager Tool by default.
Should other team members need access to the Label Manager, they must have the Edit Label Permission added to their accounts. For more information on Account Permissions by clicking here.
In this article we'll walk through the functionality of the Label Manager.

Create a New Label
