There are LOTS of symbols on the CINC platform. In efforts to make learning and remembering those symbols a little easier, we made this article! This will include all of the most common symbols that you'll come across in our platform. If there are any others you think should be added, we would be happy to do so. Please leave a comment below with your thoughts!
Lets start with symbols on the Leads Dashboard:
1. Green Checkmark
This symbol will be seen next to emails and phone numbers for leads to signify that they are a valid email or phone number.
2. Yield Symbol
This symbol will also be seen next to emails and phone numbers. However, it signifies an invalid email or phone number.
3. Unsubscribe Symbols
Unsubscribed from Text Communication
Unsubscribed from Email Communication
You will see this symbol next to emails and phone numbers to represent leads that have unsubscribed from emails or texting respectively.
4. Quality Score Symbol
This symbol represents the lead's quality score. The quality score is essentially a "rating" given to each lead that shows how "quality" the lead is. The higher the score, the higher quality the lead. The score is calculated by things such as valid contact information, number of logins, number of property views, if the lead has responded to emails/texts, and much more.
5. Buyer/Seller Symbol
You'll see one or both of these symbols to let you know whether this is a buyer or seller lead, or both.

Here's an example of how the above symbols will be displayed within the Leads Dashboard:
6. Rain Drop
This symbol will represent whether the lead is currently on a drip campaign or has finished a drip campaign. You'll see the blue rain drop when they are currently on a campaign. You'll see a gray rain drop when they have completed a campaign.
You will see one of the two symbols above if the lead has a home to sell. You'll see the home with a star if they have given you the property information.
8. PRE Symbol
This symbol will be shown if the lead has answered "Yes" to the question of having already been prequalified to purchase a home.
9. 1st Symbol
You will see this symbol if the lead has answered "Yes" to the question of being a first time home buyer or not.
Here's an example of how these will be displayed in the Leads Dashboard:
10. Phone Symbol
This symbol is on every lead's "Last Touch" column in the dashboard. It represents the last call that lead has had. You will see the blue phone symbol in the lead's profile next to call notes.
You will see this symbol just underneath the phone symbol above in the "Last Touch column. The green envelope will be seen in the lead profile next to email communication.
12. Message Bubble
This symbol will be shown to represent text messages. The white/black bubble will be shown in the Last Touch column. The green one will be shown in the lead profile to represent text message communication.
You will see the above eyeball symbol to represent how many property views a lead has. This will be in the "activity" column on the dashboard as well as the lead profile.
14. Magnifying Glass
You will see this magnifying glass in the activity column and the lead profile. It represents the number of saved searches that a lead has.
This symbol also shows on the activity section and represents the amount of homes that the lead indicated as a favorite.
16. Question Mark w/ Circle
This symbol represents the amount of inquiries that the lead has submitted.
