AutoTracks are available on your iPhone or Android device in CINC Agent versions 12.4 or later. AutoTracks on mobile are only managed at the lead level. Editing or creating AutoTrack templates must be done on the desktop.
Viewing AutoTracks on your leads
There is a menu item for AutoTracks at the bottom of every lead's details. When there are AutoTracks applied, this menu item will show you the number of active AutoTracks that are currently applied to the lead without you going into the AutoTracks screen.
To view exactly which AutoTracks are applied, tap on the AutoTracks menu item on the lead details. This will open an AutoTracks screen that displays all the active AutoTracks. Each AutoTrack will show you the title of the AutoTrack, what type of lead the Autotrack is for, the status of the AutoTrack, how many steps have been completed, and when the AutoTrack initially started.
Viewing Each Step of an AutoTrack
Tapping on an AutoTrack will take you to a screen to view the steps in that particular AutoTrack. The purpose of this screen is to view the status or progress of each step in the AutoTrack. You can see if a step has completed, when a future step is scheduled to trigger, or if a particular step has failed or been skipped and the reason for that. If the AutoTrack is a checklist AutoTrack, you can complete those checklist items from this screen as well. To view the content of emails or texts that have been sent out by any steps in an AutoTrack, refer to the activity sections on your lead's details screen.
Managing an AutoTrack on a lead
From the AutoTracks screen on a lead, you manage the status of an AutoTrack. To do this, tap the 3 dot icon to the right of any AutoTrack. When the AutoTrack is active, a menu will pop up with the option to Pause this AutoTrack or Delete this AutoTrack. When it is paused, the pop up will have the option to Reactivate this AutoTrack or Delete this AutoTrack.
Manually adding an AutoTrack to a lead
A lot of times AutoTracks are set to apply automatically to leads. In the case that you would like to manually apply an Autotrack to a lead, you can do so by tapping the + button in the top right of a lead's AutoTrack screen. Doing so will bring you to a screen that displays all the AutoTracks you have created or have been made public by others on your team. Each Autotrack shows the title of the Autotrack, what time of lead it is for, if it is public or private, how long the campaign is, who created the AutoTrack, and the number of items in the AutoTrack. To select an Autotrack from the list to be applied to the lead, just tap the select button to the right of any AutoTrack. The AutoTrack will be applied and you will be returned to the AutoTracks screen.
Is this available on both iOS and Android?
Yes. CINC Agent 12.4 and later on both iOS and Android will have AutoTracks on the lead details.
Where are the completed and deleted AutoTracks on the lead?
The mobile app only includes active and paused AutoTracks to give you the most important information on the go while keeping the app fast. Completed and deleted AutoTracks can be viewed on desktop.
