How does Alex determine if a lead is Not Interested?
Alex will mark some leads as Not Interested, usually based on how the lead has replied. It doesn’t mean they’re not interested in buying/selling a home or working with you, it just means they were not interested in conversing with Alex at that time.
See below for common phrases/scenarios that will trigger a Not Interested disposition:
- Contact Opt Out – possible lead replies include ‘stop,’ ‘ don’t contact me,’ or ‘remove me from your list’
- Wrong Number – possible lead replies include ‘you have the wrong number,’ ‘this is the wrong number,’ or ‘wrong number’
- Already Purchased – possible lead replies include ‘I already bought a home,’ ‘I already sold my home,’ or ‘we just bought a house’
- Renter – possible lead replies include ‘I am looking to rent’ and ‘do you work rentals?’
When leads are marked as Not Interested, Alex will notify the agent assigned via CINC Agent app, Email, or Text notification – this notification will include a link to the lead and a snippet of the conversation so you know context. Log in to CINC from notification to review and work lead.
These leads are more than likely still looking for homes and will be active on your site. Continue to dial these leads using your P and F filters for daily prospecting and follow-up so you do not miss any opportunities.
