Within the CINC platform Broker level users have the ability to create Custom Fields for their site. A Custom Field will allow you and your agents, if on a team platform, to keep track of information like birthdays, anniversary of purchase, sales price, whether your lead's been pre-qualified through your lender, etc.
This article will walk through how easily Brokers can set these up for their entire site.

Create Custom Fields
1. On the left side navigation, select Settings and then Custom Fields from the expanded submenu.
2. On the Custom Fields page, you will want to name and select the field type. You can create as many Custom Fields as you'd like for your site.
Field Type Examples
Text - Spouse name, favorite restaurant, etc
Number -Years a client, number of kids, etc
Date - Birthdays, anniversaries, etc
True/False - Spoke to Lender Partner, requires financing etc
View/Edit Custom Fields for a Lead
1. From the Lead's Dashboard, select the name of the lead to expand the lead's details, and select the Info tab from the Profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the Info tab to see the Custom Fields added to the site. To enter the information for the lead, select the name of the specific Custom Field.
Alternatively press the Edit button to enter the Custom information. Be sure to press Save using this method.
