When you set up a new agent on your site you have the option to send them an automated welcome email that will give them their log in information.
Here's a copy of what the new agent email will say:
Welcome to the CINC family! Below is your instructions on how to log into theCINC website and CRM that you've been registered on.
You may access the website with the following directions:
1. Login by clicking on the Sign In Link.
2. From there you will see the Sign In where you should enter your registered email address:
Log In: EMAIL (what is typed in above)
Password (temporary): PASSWORD (what is typed in above)
Within the Help Tab, there are tutorials, webinars and direction on utilizing the key features of the dashboard to manage your leads.
