The CINC Dialer offers the ability to complete an individual call instead of always completing an entire campaign. This will help in scenarios where you are trying to call an "unverified" lead. It'll allow you to easily and quickly call all of your unverified leads or perhaps just complete a one-off call.
If this is something that you are interested in doing and you do not have the Dialer enabled, please contact your Broker (or site owner). Your Broker can enable the Dialer for you from their account.
Follow the steps below to complete an individual dial:
2. Once you've selected the name of the first lead, it'll open the lead details page. On the lead details page, you'll see a "New Dialer Call" button just underneath the pipeline and labels for that lead. (You MUST have the Dialer enabled for this feature)
3. Click on the "New Dialer Call" button and this will open a new window to adjust settings for your single dial. You'll be able to adjust your outgoing caller ID (what number the lead see's when you call), the call method, and the ability to use a recorded voicemail.
**The Single Dial option works best with the VoIP dialer because it does not require your cell phone and removes a step in the process for you. It allows for much faster dialing on unverified leads.
Once you've adjusted your settings, you can click on Start Dialing. The first time you do this, you will be prompted to save these settings as your default settings.
By choosing "yes" to at this stage, you will be able to click "New Dialer Call" and bypass the settings each time you make a single dial. It will allow you to click one button to call and quickly move through your leads. If you clicked "yes" here, you will immediately be calling the lead.
By choosing "no" at this stage, you will be prompted to change your settings each time you click "New Dialer Call" to dial a single lead. You will have to adjust your settings and then click to start dialing. If you decide later that you DO want to save default settings, you can do so by going into your Profile & Settings.
If you are trying to quickly dial through unverified leads, you can continue the process by clicking the right arrow on the lead details page.
When you click that arrow, it'll go to the next lead where you can click the New Dialer Call button and repeat the process.
