    This is not working. Do we need to input the number in the profile a certain way?

    When responding to the lead, be sure to type out the corresponding number in your message body to the lead.

    I understand that I must use the client code number, when responding to a text from my phone.

     

    But, do I have to use the client number code when I text the customer from my laptop in the CINC platform once a client code number has been assigned?

    Hi Pauline,

    When on your laptop you will not need to use the client number code. This method is only for responding to leads via the text message sent to you from your CINC Agent Number on your cell phone.

    We are able to send a text out via CINC but then when the client responds, we do not receive the text. Cell phone number IS entered into CINC.  What else are we missing?
