Editing and Deleting a Reminder
Completing and Snoozing Reminders
Reminders are used to remind you or a specific agent to perform an action or of some specific information at a determined date and time. Reminders can only be created from within a lead's profile. Reminders are always attached to a specific lead.
Creating a Reminder
To add a reminder to a lead go into a lead's profile and click on the Reminder + Plans tab and click the + Add New Reminder link.
After you click on "+ Add New Reminder", an "Add Reminder" box will appear. You will see the lead's name at the top of the reminder and will you see the option to choose a reminder type. The three types are call, email or follow up. Choosing a type serves no other purpose than to quickly and easily see on the reminder what action needs to be taken.
Below the type is a place where you can name your task. This name will show as the title of the reminder in the reminder and plans section of the lead and on your launchpad.
Below the name field is the details. Here you can write specifics about what you need to be accomplishing. A short preview of this description will show below the name of the reminder in the reminder and plans section.
Next you will choose the date and time this reminder is suppose to be completed. Next to the time is an anytime check box. Checking this means you don't care what time of the day this should be completed or that we should notify you. It will just happen anytime that day.
Below the date is a notify dropdown. Here you will pick who this reminder should notify on the due date and who's launchpad it will show up on. You may choose yourself or another agent or partner.
Next to the notify dropdown is a dropdown where you can choose when to get the reminder notification. There are seven options you can choose from. The options are never, on time, 15 minutes early, 30 minutes early, 45 minutes early, 1 hour early and 2 hours early. Choosing never will not notify you or an agent but it will put it on the agent's launchpad that was chosen from the notify dropdown. On time will notify you at the exact time and date you set and the other option will notify before the time that you set.
Once you save the reminder, the reminder will now exist both in the reminders and plans section on the lead and will exist on at the top of your launchpad when it is due.
Editing and Deleting a Reminder
If you need to edit or delete a reminder, you go adjust the reminder from either the Agent Launchpad or from the "Reminder + Plans section" of the lead's profile!
On the Agent Launchpad:
To the right of every reminder is a delete button and an edit button. To delete the reminder, click on the red delete button and the reminder will go away. You must be the agent that the reminder is set to notify or a broker level user to delete a reminder on a lead. Deleting of a reminder is not reversible. To edit the reminder, click on the blue edit button, make your edit and click save.

Completing Reminders
Completing a reminder can be done both from the launchpad and from the reminders + plans section of a lead. To complete a reminder from the reminders + plans section of a lead, click the Mark as Completed check box directly below the reminder. Checking this will move the reminder below any uncompleted reminders and will put a timestamp on the reminder of who completed the reminder and when it was completed. Note that only the agent that was set to be notified on the reminder or a broker level user can complete a reminder.
