This article will detail how to create your own email and text templates.
First, click into your Communications tab and then navigate to your Templates section.
This will open up to your Template Manager. From here, you can navigate to your Groups to see CINC templates or anything you have previously created/shared on the site.
To add a new template, simply click on the New Template icon on the upper right of the screen.
Clicking on the New Template icon opens the Create Message Template box. Click the gear icon to change the template type - you can select HTML or Plain Text Email or Text Message.
After you've selected the type of communication you wish to create, you will simply type your message in and click Save. It will then be available to use to send to your leads!
*We do NOT recommend creating content in outside sources (such as: Microsoft Word, WordPress, etc.). Copying and pasting content from third-party sources brings over text formatting specific to that source that does not necessarily function correctly when pasted.*
- The gear icon also shows you options to make emails "Unbranded." This means the email will send without your logo on the top or your photo on the side. The other option there is Private. This makes the template available to only the agent who created it.
- Remember to click the Tags icon to use the CINC Dynamic Tags in your templates. This will auto-populate the information in the tag, allowing ease of use for mass messages!
- To send an email, you can simply click on the lead's email address on the lead dashboard - this opens up the Compose Email box with the lead's name already populated. You can then choose your new template in the Templates field!
