CINC has created an email deliverability optimizer. It analyzes all our outbound and inbound communications, and works to optimize email interaction to ensure the highest possible delivery rates.
It analyzes leads.
CINC sends millions of emails each day. This engine helps by reviewing lists and comparing them to industry best practices to ensure that your list doesn’t match verified bad patterns. Identifying potential leads that could damage your and our reputation helps ensure emails get delivered. If the makeup of any one list has patterns of these leads or potential abuse, the deliverability engine will take action.
It reviews your sending patterns.
It monitors sent mail as well as mail being queued up to be sent to see if it is being sent too quickly or with bad content that includes bad links or spammy content. Not following these best practices could lead email providers to flag your emails as spam!
It analyzes your leads’ reactions.
It is constantly reviewing lead behaviors and studying patterns about how a lead interacts with the email you sent. It looks for sending habits that cause these negative lead reactions to happen. If lead reactions are too negative, the deliverability engine will take action to improve the lead’s experience.
It protects you.
Since its main goal is to ensure your emails have the highest chance to reach a lead’s inbox so they can easily get your message! Helping prevent users from engaging in practices that result in spam reports and low open rates will ensure optimal deliverability. It keeps you and CINC healthy and ensures the warmest leads are reached at the right time!
Your email health will be counted on a rolling 30 day period. For example, if your status is Yellow on April 1, Orange could occur on April 30th, and then Red could occur on May 29th. Before progressing through any of the below escalations you will receive an email warning you of potentially harmful patterns from your account. See below for a summary of each escalation:
Yellow (Use Caution):
Only allow sending of 1 drip emails per day or 3 drip emails in 1 week to a lead
Only allowed 5 unopened messages to go to leads who've never opened anything
Shut off the ability to send mass communications or drip campaigns for 48 hours.
Orange (At Risk):
Only allowed 2 unopened messages to go to leads who've never opened anything.
Only allowed 9 unopened messages to go to leads who have opened anything.
Shut off the ability to send mass communications or drip campaigns for 72 hours.
Shut off the ability to send mass communications or drip campaigns indefinitely.
CINC Support and CINC Tech members will reach out to the broker owner to discuss next steps.
