Send the Etta App to Your Leads Follow
We highly recommend sending our consumer app, Etta, to your leads so they can take your site's home search capabilities with them on the go.
The tutorial below will discuss and demonstrate the best practices of quickly getting the Etta App into your clients and prospects hands.
To Send the Etta App to an individual lead:
Open up the lead's profile and click on "Send App" to the left of their profile picture:
Using this method, a text message will instantly be sent to the lead's cell phone number listed within the profile stating:
To Send the Etta App to Multiple Leads:
Either filter to the leads you want to send the app to or select those particular leads from the Lead's Dashboard.
From there, go to the Mass Actions menu and click Send Text to Selected *texting this App is highly recommended* or instead Send Email to Selected.
Search for the "Send Etta App Link" CINC Template using the search bar and press Select.
Proceed through the rest of the Mass Messaging Wizard to compose and schedule your message for delivery. Press Send once complete!

How do I imbed the ETTA app link into one of my custom AutoTrack emails?

In order to embed the Etta app link into your custom AutoTrack emails, utilize the dynamic tag called [APPURL] within your content. Once the message is sent, this dynamic tag will autofill your unique Etta App link for your clients to download!
