When you use a gmail email or an email hosted by GSuite as your Zillow login, Zillow will, by default, scan that inbox for messages that look like lead alerts from other systems. This is turned on by default when you sign up for Zillow.
If you also use that same email address as your CINC login, lead alerts sent from your CINC platform will be read by Zillow and added as a lead to your Zillow account. With the new Zillow Concierge service, those leads could then be called by Zillow on your behalf. If you do not want this to occur, you will need to disconnect your Gmail account from your Zillow account.
To disconnect your gmail account from your zillow account, you will need to do the following steps:
- Log in to your Zillow account
- Go to your Agent Hub
- Go to your Premier Agent page
- Go to Settings
- Go to Integrations
- Click Disconnect account
