Pond Account - Changing Notification Settings Follow
Introduction
With our most recent pond account updates, we've changed which notifications agents can receive for a pond and we've changed how you edit which agents can get those notifications.
Agents are now eligible to receive ALL notifications like they can on their own leads, but it's for pond leads. The below information will walk you through
Steps to Edit Who Gets Pond Notifications
1. Navigate to your "Manage Agents" page.
2. Locate your pond account and click on the name of that account.
3. Click to open the "Notifications" tab within these Profile & Settings.
4. Click on the button for "Manage Notifications for Pond Agents" to make those changes.
5. Select which agents you'd like to have notifications for this pond account. Please keep in mind that only team members with access to this pond will show in this list. If you don't have anyone showing in this list, no one has access to your pond yet.
6. That's it!
Steps to Edit Which Pond Notifications Are Sent
1. Navigate to your "Manage Agents" page.
2. Locate your pond account and click on the name of that account.
3. Click to open the "Notifications" tab within these Profile & Settings.
4. Adjust the notification settings you see here. Any enabled notifications here will be what the agents will receive.
For example, if you only want your agents to receive texts for notifications, you can turn off the global settings for email and CINC agent.
**If you currently have your agents emails in the lead alert CC field in the Advanced tab, your agents could receive double notifications.
