What is CINC Video?
CINC Video is a new service that we’ve developed that allows you to quickly and easily create your own video slideshows for the properties that matter most to you. This service automatically publishes your property video creations to YouTube, directly from within your CINC platform, saving you time and effort.
You’ll even have the option to download the video file directly to use how you see fit, allowing you even more flexibility. Our premium video service is available for power teams looking to dominate their market and includes a higher monthly video cap as well as video advertising via Google Ads and YouTube, managed by CINC’s world-class Client Marketing team.
How does it work?
Our video generation tool makes it easy to make a video presentation for your choice properties. Once enabled by our team, just find the property you want to feature from your Properties tab and click the Generate Video Ad button. Follow the on screen instructions to select the best property images, your choice of style, music and property description. Take a look at the preview of your video before submitting it for final processing and you’re all done!
Final rendering and uploading to a YouTube channel are all handled behind the scenes. Once complete, you'll receive an email with a live YouTube link as well as a direct download URL for your own personal use. Please note that direct downloads are only available for 7 days after the video is published, though YouTube videos will stay live as long as the listing is active.
Our premium subscribers will have the added bonus of having their videos directly uploaded to a custom branded YouTube channel. Additionally, our Client Marketing team will run advertising campaigns to directly promote their listing videos directly to prospects in their target markets on both YouTube as a bumper ad as well as on the Google Display Network via websites that support video ads.
