NOTE: This update only affects users that are using CINC as a trigger to push information from their platform out of CINC to another location.
As a part of our ongoing efforts to improve the functionality between CINC and Zapier, we are making an update on 6/6/19 that may impact your current setup in Zapier.
If, after the update is live, you notice that your leads are no longer flowing from CINC to your other integrated app correctly, you will need to reconnect the two in Zapier. The functionality itself will not change; only the connection itself my be impacted.
Here is how to see if you are affected by the change and what to do if you are:
1. When you log in to your Zapier account and open the zap, if you see the Action step is highlighted in orange (below), you will need to take further steps. If not, then you are not affected by the update.
2. If your zap has been affected, do the following:
On the Zap setup, go to the Test This Step step. Then click the Get More Samples button at the bottom:
Then, in the Action step, go to the Set Up Template step. Then in the Agent Mdid dropdown, you will need to select the identifier you were using to associate the zap with a particular agent; this could be the agent's email, Id, or name.
Save your changes and test your zap.
