Branded vs Unbranded Emails Follow
Most outbound email communication from CINC is Branded by default. This means your Agent Profile picture, cell number any Office or Team Logos and links to your home search site will be automatically included when sending emails to your clients. See image below:

CINC also gives you the opportunity to Unbrand your email messages instead.
Select CINC Email Templates will be Unbranded by default. Depending on the content of the message, unbranding emails can be a useful tactic to increase lead engagement with emails as they appear more standard and not heavily branded. This can also be a great alternative for clients you've already established strong rapport with and are familiar with your brand.
Select the Unbranded option within the CINC Email Settings should you want to turn off this branding by default. See image below:
