Things to keep in mind when using Gmail Integration for Email
1. Gmail Messages can only be sent to Leads or Agent Profiles associated with the CINC Platform. You cannot type in an email address into the "To" field. This rule also applies to any persons you wish to loop in through email CC or BCC.
2. Accessing CINC Templates and Attaching Properties functionality are both unavailable when using this tool.
