The Pipeline Stage feature will show you the current stage your Lead is in throughout their buying process. Below, you will find each Internal Pipeline Stage along with brief descriptions of each.
Remember, pipeline stages flow like water through a pipe. If you move a lead from new lead directly to appointment set, they will "flow" through all the stages in between. This is important to remember if you have drip campaigns triggered off of a pipeline stage.
Represents the leads in which you have NOT yet reached out to.
Represents the leads in which you have called, however were unable to get in contact with the lead.
Represents the leads in which you've had a conversation with.
Represents the leads in which you have a scheduled an appointment for an upcoming meeting.
Represents the leads in which you are showing homes to.
Represents the leads in which are currently under a contact with you.
Represents the leads in which have purchased a home with you.
