Our top priority here at CINC is to ensure the health and safety of our customers, partners and employees. We are actively monitoring local and national public health authority recommendations and local housing markets to adapt to conditions as needed. We have taken the recommended steps to support this commitment and will continue to adapt to keep our community safe. We are in this together! Outlined below are some enhancements we have added to our system to aid you in operating your business while we practice social distancing.
Etta (iOS & Android)
Request a video chat: We’ve modified our “Request a Showing” feature so that a lead can now request or schedule a “Video Chat” with an agent. With this you get:
- Agent app notification, SMS or Email (depending on your notification settings) notifying you that a lead wants to schedule a video chat and what application the lead prefers.
- The chat application response from the lead becomes a note on the lead details.
- A message informing the lead that the agent is still available regardless of the current situation
Consumer Web & Mobile Web
Request a video chat: We’ve modified our “Request a Showing” feature so that a lead can now request or schedule a “Video Chat” with an agent. With this you get:
- Agent app notification, SMS or Email (depending on your notification settings) notifying you that a lead wants to schedule a video chat and what application they prefer.
- The chat application response from the lead becomes a note on the lead details.
- “Virtual Meeting” will be an option in the “Appointments” filter, allowing the agent to quickly filter leads with a video chat scheduled (**Available week of 4/6).
COVID-19 Message to Consumers
COVID-19 Update message on all Castle sites just to let the leads know their agents have their backs!
CRM & Consumer
Virtual Open House Scheduler: From the properties dashboard you’ll now see a “Virtual Open House” button. Interacting with the button will:
- Schedule the time of your virtual open house
- Include a direct link to the prerecorded video or live video stream.
On the Consumer side, the lead will be able to:
- Lead can add a calendar reminder of the event.
- When it is live the “Add to my calendar” link will update to indicate that the Open House is active.

would like to know if you have an email we can send out that explains the different virtual meetings and options?
We do not have a templated email for leads explaining the virtual option on showing requests. We did, however, put a message explaining it on every property in the showing request area and we displayed a Covid banner at the top of the site for leads to explain the options as well.
