Do you have a new financial contributor joining your team or is already on your team? Good news, we have an easy way to get your new contributors added to your platform.
As a Broker Level User, all you need to do is go to your Agents tab on the left side navigation bar. This brings you to your Manage Agents page.
Once here in the top right you will see the +Add Contributor button. After clicking the button you have two options.
- Create new contributor on the site by pressing Add New Agent.
- Use an existing agent or partner account that is already on your site.
Set Up an Existing User as a Contributor: Once the Add New Contributor & Agent window appears, select the appropriate Agent account from the drop down menu and hit save!
We will automatically send an email to their inbox with the next steps of adding their Credit Card information to their account.
Add a New User as a Contributor: It is very similar to adding a new agent! All you need to do is fill out all of the information within the Add New Contributor & Agent window. Once you press save, we will send the user a New Agent Welcome Email if selected. We will also send a separate email with the next steps of adding their Credit Card information to their account.
That is it! Once the new contributor adds their Credit Card information your Account Manager will reach out to confirm the amount that they will be contributing and where it should be allocated.
