Messaging Wizard FAQ
What new features do we get with this wizard?
- Template Selection Upgrade – Pre-filter to the type of message being sent. Ability to search, filter, & preview templates before selecting for use.
- What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) Editor – Show the whole template as it will appear in an email. No clicking preview required.
- Scheduling – Schedule a message to be sent now or up to 364 days in the future.
- Message Naming – Ability to name a mass message so you can access statistics later.
If I exit in the middle of the wizard, will it save my message?
Not at this time.
Does this new wizard apply to single email sends?
No, this only applies to 2+ leads.

Can I edit the template groups?
These are pulled from the templates under the Communication Section. If you add any groups here, we will display them in this mass message wizard.
Can I move/edit/add/delete a template?
Yes, by going the templates section you can move/edit/add/delete any templates.
Message Page FAQ
How do I edit the message in the template during the mass message wizard?
Selecting anywhere inside the dotted line will allow you to edit the contents of the message.
Can I add emojis/dynamic tags/properties to the message?
Yes you can, these function are found in the tool bar that appears by selecting inside the message.
If I attach a property, how will I know it’s attached to the message?
We will display the property that was selected at the bottom of the message.
Do I have to have a Mass Message Name and Subject to continue?
Yes
Can I edit or remove the disclaimers?
Not at this time.
Can I embed a video to a mass text?
Yes, if you select inside the edit pane of the message you can choose the video option. Please note, this feature is only available if you have 25 or less subscribed leads you are messaging. If you have more than 25, we will disable this feature & request that you reduce your list to enable the video texting feature.
Can I embed a video to a mass email?
Yes! There are no default subscriber limitations unlike video texting's 25 subscriber limit.
How do I create a video for a mass text or mass email?
On the message screen select the Video icon.

Scheduling Page FAQ
What year do the holidays default to?
The holidays default to the present calendar year.
Can I schedule a message for the past?
No. If you do try to schedule a message for the past, we will alert you and change the send time to now since its not possible to choose a previous date for sending.
Can I schedule a mass video message?
Not at this time.
Will a scheduled message display on the leads record?
Yes. We will add a record on the date it was scheduled showing the date/time the schedule message is planned for.
If a message has been scheduled and the agent leaves before the message is sent who will it send from?
It will send from the agent who originally scheduled the message.
Review Page FAQ
On the review page, If I select edit what will happen?
You will be taken back to that page in the message wizard and need to reconfirm each page after that.
What will the ‘Send Test Email’ Button do?
It will send the user/agent clicking that button a test email.
Will the dynamic tags populate in the test email?
No, they will not.
Can I edit or stop a scheduled message, once I select send?
Not at this time.
