Adding reminders to follow up with prospects and clients you've spoken to are an essential step to increasing your conversion. You'll receive a notification via text, email and/or mobile app push to complete the reminder at the date and time selected. Learn how to make modifications to your notifications by clicking here.
Be sure to implement the following best practices when using reminders:
- Always create a reminder to follow up with your prospect after getting in contact with them.
- For prospects/clients with longer time frames to make a move, set up your reminder to personally reconnect with them within 30 days. Don't delay a reminder to follow up with them beyond that.
- Always mark your reminders as complete once done.
