What is a virtual home showing request?
Your home buyers have the opportunity to request a virtual home showing appointment through the Video Chat option located on the listing details pages of homes found on your CINC website or Etta Mobile App.
After a Video Chat request is submitted:
- The buyer agent assigned will receive an agent app notification, SMS or Email (depending on your notification settings) stating that a lead wants to schedule a video chat and what application(s) the lead prefers.
- The chat application response from the lead becomes a note on the lead details.
The article below shows how your consumers can submit a Video Chat request as an alternative to scheduling an in person meeting with an agent in order to tour a home.

Showing Requests submitted by the home buyer will appear under the Appointments Tab of the lead's profile. The Event Type will default to say 'Virtual Meeting'.
A Note will also be automatically added to the lead's profile under Notes + Activity.
