Import Engagement Best Practices Follow
You’re probably reading this article because we've successfully imported your existing client database into the CINC Platform! We’re excited to provide you the communication tools to continue the nurturing of your current lead opportunities and past clients.
Below are three best practices we recommend to help you engage with your import.
- Send your imported leads the CINC Welcome Email for Mass Imported Leads Template
As pictured above, you can send the CINC Welcome Email for Mass Imported Leads right from the Lead Imports tool. Doing this does the following:
- Informs them of the switch you have made to your new home search website.
- Provides your leads/clients their login credentials for your CINC site.
- It's the easiest way for your leads/clients to accept the Terms of Use for your site.
- Highlights the benefits of using your site and links helpful tools to enhance their search experience.

- Regularly filter your imported leads by Terms of Use in your Platform
Utilize the filters in your CINC site to segment out your import by clients that have or still have not accepted the terms of use for you site after you’ve sent them the Welcome Email.
Clients that HAVE accepted your site’s Terms of Use will be eligible to receive:
- Mass Text Messages
- Automated Text Messages sent via an AutoTrack and Behavioral Messaging
Additionally, if you’ve purchased the CINC Dialer, you can include them on all future automated Dialer Campaigns.
- Send Terms of Use Email Template as needed
If you still have leads, past or current clients that have not yet accepted the Terms of Use for your site, simply send them the CINC email template named ‘Terms of Use Agreement’.
Alternatively, you can send a custom text or email message with the [CHANGE_SETTINGS_LINK] dynamic tag included. Once they are prompted to agree to the Terms of Use and accept, they will be available for Dialer Campaigns, mass texts, and automated text messages from the system.
