The CINC Client Marketing team recommends clients launch with a diversified combination of Search (Google), Social (Facebook), and ListCast buyer advertising. We recommend that the majority of the spend be on Google Buyer because it has a winning combination of low lead price and high quality. Buyer advertising has a lower Cost Per Lead (CPL) than Seller leads and buyer leads tend to convert to sales sooner. We recommend adding Seller Leads after a few months once you have a steady flow of buyer leads. You should then consider doing banner ads to help your branding efforts.
