A New Look for the Lead's Profile Follow
Overview
After multiple rounds of product discovery with CINC Users, we've updated and redesigned the Lead Details and Activity sections of the Lead Profile to better present lead information that matters. The goal of this redesign was to surface the right information a realtor needs to help qualify leads and convert opportunities. By surfacing this information in a clear and easy to find way, we hope to better support the daily actions of all of our CINC Users.

New Layout
Lead Activity Before
Within the Notes & Lead Activity feed, we previously displayed multiple items in differing color palettes and called out some agent actions.
Lead Activity After
With the updates, items are now displayed in a grouped manner via cards and we've implemented a monochromatic color palette. Colors are now used to highlight the status of active & inactive Automations for the lead. Additional Card Statuses (like Agent Ready, Muted Conversations, Pending Appt Requests, Opened Communication and Items Due) are also called out with ribbons in the upper right corner of their respective cards.
Lead Activity Cards
As seen in the images above and below, each Activity Feed item is now organized into various cards.
With each of the cards, there is an action button on the upper right-hand side for any further actions available to the agent for that particular Activity event. See image below for example.
If there are no additional actions available for the card, the button will be disabled.
New Features
Pinned Section
The Pinned section now aggregates important lead information into easy to read cards which remain pinned to the top of the Lead Activity feed. We created this section to highlight key information you might be looking for when making decisions regarding a lead or contact.
In the Pinned section you'll find the information below in the following order:
- CINC AI Card - CINC AI conversations will be highlighted here. These conversations cannot be removed from the Pinned section
- Pinned Notes - Pinned Notes are any Notes you've decided to "Sticky". Sticky Notes can be removed from this section.
- Upcoming Appointments - Appears 3 days prior to appointment & will be automatically removed when the appointment time has passed. (Included in 12/15 release)
- Appointment Requests - Appointment Requests appear here immediately and until the request expires. (Included in 12/15 release)
The Pinned section is fully collapsible, but will be expanded when initially accessing a lead's Activity details.
Most Recent Section
The Most Recent section is very similar to the previous activity feed in that it shows the activity that has happened in chronological order.
New Lead Activity Filters
Lead Activity Filters Before
Filtering on the Activity feed previously had multiple automatic or behind the scenes groupings. There was no clear organization and little opportunity to find what you wanted to see on a more granular level.
Lead Activity Filters After (Included in 12/15 release)
We have now provided you with more granularity in your Filtering options so you can see exactly what you want, when you want! Additionally whenever Filter options are chosen, those selections will stay in place even when navigating to different lead profiles.
As you can see above, Activity Items (like Communications and Team Activity) are grouped together and you still have the option to select multiple items to display in the feed. All items in each group are also now listed in alphabetical order and new filtering options were added such as CINC AI, Direct Mailers, Appointments, etc.
New Lead Subscriptions/Communication Settings
Subscriptions Before
Previously, to find a lead's Communication Subscriptions, My (Agent) Alerts or Sign-in Alerts and Corefact Direct Mailer information you had to visit the Subscriptions Tab of the Lead Profile to find that information.
Subscriptions After (Included in 12/15 release)
Now, Communication Settings and My (Agent) Alerts or Sign-in Alerts can now be found under the Subscriptions pill under the Activity Tab as pictured above.
The Communication cadences (Drip Campaigns and AutoTracks) are now nestled under the AutoTracks Tab. Drip Campaigns will temporarily be found at the bottom of the AutoTracks tab until we sunset the tool mid-October.
If you use Corefact for your Direct Mailers, you can control subscription status in the Subscriptions pill. However, all Mailer Campaign information sent to a lead are now located within the Activity Feed via a Direct Mailer card.
Email Cards
(Included in 12/15 release)
Email cards will now display total number of opens, total number of clicks, as well as the most recent open or click date/time. The envelope icon will change from a closed envelope to an open envelope the first time a lead opens that email. The email card will also have a flag in the upper right to show if email has been opened or clicked.
Conversations
We will now display complete conversations with a lead within the new Conversations Tab. This will help solve the problem of not being able to easily see or understand the messaging occurring with the lead in chronological order and in an easy to follow threaded format.
Conversations currently display a string of threaded lead text conversations. Email Conversations will be coming soon to the Conversations Tab, with plans of Chat conversations to be added in the future.
Texts from the CINC platform will appear on the right and text replies from the lead will appear on the left. Icons will be used to display if CINC Platform messages were sent via Automation or from a CINC User. All texts are displayed in a chronological format with the most recent message being at the top. If the lead has active CINC AI, you can also mute the AI from this location.

Hi, is there a way to see the homes they viewed? In my feed all it says is
Hi Marci,
When you select the lead's name to enter the expanded lead details, select the Activity tab. Next select that you would want to Filter your Lead's Activity based on Property Views. This will show you the Property View cards within the lead's Activity Feed.
If you have any additional questions please don't hesitate reaching out to CINC Support at 855-246-2717 or email support@cincpro.com.
Best,
