Working with CINC AI on the Leads Dashboard Follow
Now that CINC AI (Alex) is enabled and working your leads, you need to know how to find and work them when Alex notifies you the lead is ready to go.

From the Leads Dashboard
You can easily identify the leads Alex is working by looking at your leads dashboard. Looking at your Leads Dashboard, look for AI Comm Lead tag in the Registered column. This tag means the lead is engaged in a conversation with Alex.
From the Lead's Profile
AI Conversations will be automatically 'pinned' to the top of your leads Activity tab. The AI Conversations card will show the last couple messages between Alex and your lead.
Notifications for AI Leads
There are 2 CINC AI Alerts Alex will use to communicate with you New AI Conversation and AI Disposition of Conversation.
New AI Conversation Alerts notifies you of every new conversation Alex starts.
New AI Disposition Conversation Alert notifies you when Alex determines a lead is either Agent Ready or Not Interested.
Once Alex Hands Lead to You
Agent Ready:
Alerts for Agent Ready leads include a link to lead profile; review the conversation in and follow-up with lead. AI Conversation card tagged Agent Ready.
Not Interested:
Alerts for Not Interested leads include a link to the lead profile; review the conversation and continue to dial this lead during daily prospecting as they are likely still an active lead.. AI Conversation card tagged Not Interested.
Muting and Unmuting AI
Mute:
Muting the AI will end a current conversations and prevent future lead engagement by AI. Agent is responsible for lead communication when AI is muted.
Agent can mute AI by clicking mute on lead AI Card, by texting the lead, or by setting the pipeline to appointment set. The AI itself when the lead is dispositioned as 'Not Interested'.
Unmute:
Unmuting the AI enables AI to handle lead replies to behavioral messages.
Unmute option available after AI is muted - located in pinned AI Card menu.
Auto-Unmute:
Not Interested Leads Only - AI automatically mutes when lead is dispositioned as Not Interested. AI will automatically unmute if lead triggers a behavioral message and replies.
No agent action needed to unmute 'Not Interested' dispositioned leads.
Filtering for AI Leads
CINC has added a new filter for CINC AI users so you can track leads engaged by AI every step of the way.
From your Leads Dashboard click Filters > +Show All Filters > AI Conversation. This filter allows you to search for leads by AI Conversation Status.
Needs Follow-up (Agent Ready), Not Interested, and Muted are the three main AI Conversation Status to view regularly.
Create AI Saved filters to quickly find your AI Leads. See example below:
