How to Filter using Labels Follow
There are several ways to segment your lead database and one of the most popular ways is by using Labels. Labels are an excellent and extremely efficient way to easily filter and surface specific leads based on a unique label, or labels, applied to the lead's profile.
There are multiple ways you can filter your database via our labels feature. Keep reading to learn how!
Include Label
When you are filtering for leads that have a label included on it's profile, utilize the checkmark icon within your label filters tools, located on the left-side navigation rail next to the label's name. Once selected the checkmark will turn green and your Leads Dashboard will surface leads with that particular label included on their profile.
Exclude Label
When you're filtering your lead's list and need to exclude leads that have a particular label or labels applied to their profiles, utilize the circle icon with the X in the middle. Once selected the circle will turn red. This will remove any lead profiles with that label applied to their profile from view within your Lead's Dashboard.
Exclusive Label
Select the lock icon from the navigation rail to use the exclusive label filter. Doing so will turn the lock orange. When using the exclusive option, our system will only surface leads whose profile's match ALL labels you've selected. For example if you are looking for leads in your database that have the following criteria exclusively: in need of both credit repair AND retiring, you'll select the exclusive option on both labels to surface those opportunities.
