CINC AI - Tiered Pricing Structure (Effective April 1, 2021) Follow

AI Tiered Pricing Plan 

When: 

April 1, 2021 - New tiered pricing becomes effective. This will be reflected on April invoices.

What:  

CINC AI asset price are reassessed quarterly based on average monthly new AI engagements.

Tier 1 = 1 – 400 avg new engagements per month: $200 per month 

• Tier 2 = 401 – 800 avg new engagements per month: $380 per month 
• Tier 3 = 801 – 1200 avg new engagements per month: $560 per month 
• Tier 4 = 1201 – 1600 avg new engagements per month: $740 per month 
• Tier 5 = 1601 – 2000 avg new engagements per month: $920 per month 
• Over 2000+ new engagements will be assessed a $180 per month charge for each additional 400 new engagements. 

What is an engagement? 

• For new leads, an engagement occurs when CINC AI sends the initial text to a new lead.
  • After the lead replies and subsequent CINC AI replies will not count as a new lead engagement.
• For active leads, an engagement occurs when the lead replies to the behavioral message. 
  • The initial behavioral message and any additional lead replies or CINC AI replies will not count as a new engagement.
  • If a lead interacts with multiple behavioral messages (even if the duration is within multiple months), it will still count as one engagement. 

How: 

CINC will run a report at the end of 2nd month each quarter. This report will show the number of new engagements per month. We will take the average new engagements per quarter and reassess your CINC AI investment for the upcoming quarter.  

You will be notified via email of your new CINC AI investment for the upcoming quarter (price will either remain the same, increase, or decrease depending on new average monthly engagements)
